The Center for Hybrid Intelligence (CHI) at Aarhus University is offering a part-time student assistant position to support the Erasmus+ project Crowd-Competent: A Framework & Ecosystem to Equip Young People for Collective Intelligence, Social Innovation, and a Democratic AI Transition.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented student who can assist with project management, training activities, proof-of-concept pilots, and dissemination tasks. The position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with European research, hybrid intelligence methods, and participatory democracy initiatives, while working closely with an international consortium of academic and corporate collaborators.

REQUIREMENTS AND TERMS

Salary and terms as agreed between the Danish Ministry of Taxation and HK Stat or another relevant organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting for consortium meetings; support quarterly progress tracking.
  • Training Plan Design: Help prepare workshop materials, surveys, and youth-focused training resources.
  • Proof of Concept Pilots: Support the organization of participatory experiments, including recruitment, coordination, and documentation.
  • Dissemination: Draft content for social media, newsletters, website, and project presentations; help plan outreach events in collaboration with a SoMe student assistant.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain structured files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with Erasmus+ and European AI Act requirements.
