• Reviewing and drafting contracts, such as confidentiality contracts, material transfer contracts, collaboration contracts, etc.
• Giving feedback and guidance to relevant stakeholders in respect of such contracts
• Driving smaller internal projects with a focus on developing and improving legal digital processes
• Assisting our Legal Operations team on various tasks, including implementation and improvement of our digital legal workspace
• Creating guidelines and training materials
• General contract administration and filing
• Ad hoc assistance on various IP and patent matters and digitalization matters
