Description
You will: Support wide range of tasks, supporting our Contact Center Solutions team that manages all of Falck's contact centers across the globe (from Denmark and the US to Thailand and Sweden). Assist the team in handling various tasks, issues and requests related to Genesys Cloud and their equipment. Participate in meetings with global stakeholders, including contact center managers and supervisors. You will be responsible for taking clear and concise minutes to ensure everyone is aligned. Assist the team with essential management and configuration project related tasks. Handle various ad-hoc administrative tasks, keeping our work structured and on track with minimal supervision. This is not a typical administrative role. You will be a key player in ensuring our contact center agents have the tools and support they need to assist people every day. Your tasks will be varied, challenging, and essential to our success. Global Experience: Work directly with colleagues and stakeholders from around the world.
