Our Global Mobility Team is looking for a Student Assistant to support our international assignments, relocations, and immigration processes. A DETAILED MINDSET AND COMMERCIAL INSTINCT

In this role, we are looking for a candidate with a passion for Global HR, Excel-skills and commercial insight. We need a strong communicator who is proactive, humble and a driven team player. You have a detail-oriented mindset and are well-organized as well as are confident in Excel and PowerPoint. Further, it is a plus if you have experience with the tool Power BI. Additionally, we hope to see that you are:

  • Ideally, on the first year of your Bachelor’s program—ideally in Business Administration & Commercial Law, HA (jur.), HR, International Studies, or a related field
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English are a must
  • A passion for administrative tasks
  • A proficient user in the Microsoft Office tolls
  • Interest in global HR topics and cross-border employment
Responsibilities

As a Student Assistant in the Global Mobility team, you will support the team as an integrated member and deliver tasks independently. You will be working with the Global Mobility Team with day-to-day case handling. Responsibilities include:

  • Support with administrative tasks such as managing a shared mailbox, maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and booking meetings
  • Keep internal databases up to date with legal documentation such as work permits, tax papers, and other relevant records.
  • Communicate and coordinate with external vendors (immigration, relocation, and tax)
  • Interact with international employees across the globe
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation
  • Organize meetings with employees and both internal and external stakeholder
