Global Mobility are revamping our policies and processes ensuring we can effectively relocate our employees across borders. We are looking for a Student Assistant to join the Global Mobility team. This opportunity is for the individual interested in growing in the Global Mobility area with an opportunity to develop and grow in a highly global environment, supporting the Danfoss Growth agenda. You will take an active role in the team working on improving Global Mobility deliveries. We work closely together in the team and work cross functionally within HR; thus, you will interact with many colleagues within our global HR and wider organization.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS

  • Bachelor or other advanced degree in HR Labor and/or Tax Law, Economics, Business
  • Preferably some experience or knowledge within Global Mobility/HR and/or studying/working abroad
  • Fluent in English both written and verbally
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for Global Mobility, HR and working on a global scale.
  • Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities:

  • Support with Global Mobility Processes: Support the coordination of the annual processes, including but not limited to exchange rate protection calculations, coordination of annual tax processes with our tax vendor and internal stakeholders.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors on service initiations, maintain system accesses, support invoicing and internal recharging process.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep our internal Global Mobility records up to date, ensuring all content and materials are relevant and accurate.
  • Project Participation: Engage in various Global Mobility projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes.
