As a Student Assistant, working 10-20 hours/week (with time off in exam periods), in our Investor & Client Management team, you will play a supportive role together with a strong diverse team of 7 people in shaping European Energy’s future growth. Reporting to the Head of Investor & Client Management, you will be offered an excellent opportunity to build foundational CRM skills, work with senior team members, and contribute to the development of a well-functioning Investor & Client Management department, spanning across acquisitions, divestments & partnerships. You will also coordinate with relevant departments internally to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality communications across the business.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor or 1st year master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, with excellent academic results
  • Ability to operate in a global environment, working with diverse teams and stakeholders across geographies and cultures
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders at all levels of the organization and client base
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to create compelling analyses and presentations
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with analysing potential new accounts and partnership opportunities in collaboration with the department’s Associate and other senior staff members
  • Assist in the development and updating of key presentational materials on an ongoing basis.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including M&A, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless collaboration and the delivery of client-centric solutions
  • Propose innovative solutions for data management and presentations in PowerPoint and Excel to help maintain optimal effectiveness of the department
