Student Assistants, Communication for EU and JPN

We are looking for two talented and ambitious student assistants for internal communications and employer branding.
Are You Ready to Discover What’s Possible?
As one of our two new Student Assistants, you will be a vital part of our Internal Communications Team, where your communications skills will maximize engagement and enable team members to be happy at work through purposeful and compelling stories and content.
You will report to the Manager of Internal Communications of EU and Japan. We support the sites in our region (Copenhagen, Heidelberg, Milan, Chiba, and Yokohama) and drive global communication initiatives together with our two US colleagues.
Your Responsibilities and Opportunities

Your primary areas of responsibility will be content creation (written and graphic), video content, strategic communication, system overview, and social media. Your tasks will be but not limited to:

• Create content for team members through our internal social media app, intranet, and email (HubSpot).
• Create compelling content for different formats (graphics, text, videos) and publish them on internal and external channels.
• Brainstorm ideas with the team on internal communication concepts, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Oversee our internal communications systems such as Actimo, VuePilot, etc.
• Lead smaller communication projects connected to our Internal Communications Strategy and Employer Branding.
• Provide administrative support to the team such as creating PowerPoint Presentations.
• Support the implementation of global and regional communication projects and strategies.
• Facilitate and ensure clear communication of our company’s messages across all channels in alignment with branding standards and wider business strategy.
• Oversee and manage AGC Biologics’ SoMe channels.
• Use AI and other supportive tools to improve the effectiveness and impact of our efforts.

Hours per week: We offer flexible working hours but expect that you can work 2-3 days per week around 10-20 hours, and we will of course accommodate your study schedule during exams.
Your Profile

We are looking for:

• A collaborative communicator with storytelling, writing, and content development skills.
• A driven and proactive team player who enjoys taking ownership of tasks and projects.
• Strong communication skills and acumen (verbal and written) in English.
• An outstanding attention to detail with the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Expertise and knowledge about various social media platforms.
• Expertise in creating and editing videos is a plus.
• A curious mindset and interest in applying the newest trends and formats in Communications and other fields.
• Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or Photoshop is a plus but not a prerequisite.
• A relevant study background at Bachelor or Master level within Communications, Marketing, IT communication, Graphic design, Journalism, or Business Communications.
