This role is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to Regulatory and Technical Compliance Director and working closely with HR, Tech Development, Legal & Compliance and Information Security Team members to assist in monitoring IT processes.The ideal candidate will make significant contributions to IT system integration, assist with hardware and software maintenance and ordering, provide technical support to staff, and help ensure the smooth running of IT systems across the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • You’ll contribute to IT system integration between companies within the group.
  • Manage hardware and software orders, maintain IT inventory lifecycle and asset records, and potentially assist with the budget for these purchases.
  • Manage defence against IT disruptions within the organisation.
  • Provide first-line technical support to staff via email, phone, or in person.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Assist with IT onboarding for new employees.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
  • Contribute to IT risk assessments, helping identify gaps and recommending appropriate remediation.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or external suppliers as needed.
