YOUR ROLE

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDE:

  • Perform data analysis on omics datasets (e.g., transcriptomics, proteomics, lipidomics) using bioinformatics tools and pipelines.
  • Develop and execute scripts in R for data processing, visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret results and generate actionable insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Stay updated on the latest bioinformatics tools, methods, and trends.
