Responsibilities
  • Translation and Linguistic support: This can involve preparing files for translation (e.g., converting formats, segmenting text), and then processing translated files for delivery.
  • Terminology Work: Assisting with maintaining and updating glossaries and term bases to ensure consistency in language and specialized vocabulary across all translated content. This might involve researching terms, adding new entries, or cleaning up existing ones.
  • Implementing Translation Corrections: Applying feedback and corrections from our product teams to translated files.
  • Documentation: Assist in organizing and maintaining localization-related documentation.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Support with other administrative or project-related tasks as needed.
  • Research: Conducting research on target markets, cultural nuances, or industry-specific terminology to aid in localization efforts.
