Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated Student Assistant to support our People Delivery and Payroll Team. This role offers hands-on experience in People Operations, Global Mobility and Payroll Administration, and you will work with a wide range of HR tasks.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of Global Mobility policies and procedures
  • Payroll control and administration
  • Reporting to eIndkomst
  • Handling reimbursements
  • Account reconciliations
  • Supporting with administrative tasks related to employee onboarding and offboarding when needed
  • Ad hoc tasks related to payroll and finance
