In this role you will be part of a truly global environment and be part of our Quality Management System (QMS) team. You will be given the possibility to work cross functionally within WS Audiology and learn more knowledge about the QMS requirement regards the medical device to ensure the compliance of the regulation, e.g., the document control, training, audit, CAPA improvements.

WHAT YOU BRING

You might be studying a bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree in engineering, Economic, health management or comparable.

We do not expect you to have any previous working experience but value the right personality and are therefore looking for the following in you

• Being enrolled for at least 6 months.
• Able to work independently but equally a team player.
• Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Confident handling of IT tools
• An open-minded, communicative personality who enjoys working in an international team.
• Proactive and self driven
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, Danish is preferred.

• Support Document control officer to release the documents and update the index
• Track and follow up on the document change request (CR) status with document authors to offer the support
• Support training officer to maintain the training courses via training tool and update the matrix
• Communicate with various stakeholders to solve the issue via ticket system
• Analyze data to support the improvement.
• Support translation of documents from English to Danish as the extra contribution
  The working hours are app. 2 days a week, with natural flexibility around exam periods and the alike.
