You will be working within one of our cross-functional product teams that is operating as a lean start-up, connecting the dots between material and transportation management. In this regard, we are looking for a student assistant to support our growth. Join our team at our offices in Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf or Hamburg.
What your new challenge will look like

You will support one of our new product teams by applying agile working methods and being involved in overseeing the product development status. Working approx. 15-20 hours/week (flexible arrangement according to your schedule), the following diverse range of tasks can be expected:

• Evolve AI driven features and enhance the AI competence center
• Support internal project management tasks while being an active player in the agile software development environment.
• Take on tasks in the context of meeting preparation & execution with relevant stakeholders (internal & external).
• Structure and optimize information in our knowledge management tool.
• Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
• Support the concept design by research, testing and/or developing own concept ideas

Why you belong to 4flow

• You are currently completing your master’s degree or are in the final stages of your bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business administration, Computer Science or comparable fields, ideally with logistics as a focus.
• You have already gained some initial practical experience in logistics and/or product management, ideally in B2B context.
• Your excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as your proactivity and self-organization set you apart.
• You have a high affinity for software products and technological innovation.
• You are interested in project management (e.g. agile) and would like to gain experience in this area.
• Your proficiency with MS Office is part of your daily work as well as your fluent use of the English language for communicating with our international colleagues.
• A plus would be first experiences with SAP or any other ERP-systems.
