Are you a driven, outgoing student with an interest in innovation ecosystems? Join our Innovation team as a Student Assistant and help researchers at universities and clinics translate great science into real-world impact. You will work with ambitious colleagues in our Innovation department to strengthen innovation ecosystems that improve health and the environment, while supporting the team with a range of analytical and administrative tasks. The Job As Student Assistant, your tasks will include: Gathering and analysing data (eg. impact, landscape mapping) Fact finding, data collection, and minor analyses Internal and external communication (e.g. presentations, graphic layouts) Planning and coordination of meetings and events Administrative ad hoc tasks (eg. processing expenses, document department project flow) The working hours will be approximately 15-20 hours a week physically at the Foundation with flexibility in relation to your studies. Professional and Personal Qualifications We are looking for a last year bachelor or first year master’s degree student, which could be from social sciences, innovation studies, food sciences, food- or bioengineering or similar. Furthermore, we expect you to: Experience with or curious about innovation Have an interest in and experience with data analysis and database searching Analytical mindset and capabilities Super user in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point Fluent in English and understanding of the Danish language As a person you are: Ambitious, proactive and with a structured approach to problem-solving Analytical and detail-oriented, while maintaining an overview Highly self-motivated and independent, committed to delivering results of the highest quality Energetic, contributes to a positive environment and wants to learn and develop Application and Information For more information, please contact Senior PA and Team Coordinator Louise Hindenburg on e-mail: LHG@novo.dk. Responsibilities
