LEIDEN LEARNING & INNOVATION CENTRE IS LOOKING FOR A:
Student Assistant (16 hours/wk, 0.4 FTE)
Vacancy number 15932
The Leiden Learning and Innovation Centre (LLInC) Evaluation Service provides evaluations for the educational programmes within Leiden University and for a number of external clients. Through paper or digital course evaluations, this service contributes to monitoring and improving the quality of education. The Service is currently piloting a new Formative Evaluation of Teaching (FET) approach — an innovative method to support the continuous development of teaching quality. We are looking for a student assistant to take on a dual role, with strong responsibility in coordinating the FET pilot, and a supporting role in the regular Evaluation Service.
You will be part of the FET project team, working closely with colleagues and receiving guidance and coaching throughout. At the same time, we expect you to be proactive and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
The position is initially for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and available resources.
Primary: Support and Coordination of the FET Pilot
Secondary: Administrative Support for Evaluation Service
