Supporting cross-category scientific leadership for global portfolio, bringing scientific excellence by shaping and guiding the scientific and technological approach to deliver health benefits and providing strategic recommendations for a competitive portfolio.

Key tasks:

• Support assessment of cross category assets and technology approaches/initiatives, identifying new differential opportunities and potential health benefits, providing strategic recommendations and anchoring in categories.
• Support effective collaboration with our key science stakeholders by:
• Bridging between science advisor, global portfolio & S&I
• Ensuring consistent ways of working across categories.
• Support activities related to the Science & Innovation Leadership team and help shape the scientific agenda together with stakeholders from Human Health Biosolutions and Research & Development to ensure portfolio and pipeline success
• Support scientific strategic alignment across Business Units
• Support the Global Portfolio science and Human Health Biosolutions science community
