We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Student-at-Law to join our team for their articling term. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful, hands-on legal experience and benefit from close mentorship by experienced counsel dedicated to your professional growth.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Enrolled in or have completed a JD or LLB program
• Eligible to article in Alberta under the Law Society of Alberta’s requirements
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, professional, and detail-oriented
• NCA certificate if applicable

• Conduct legal research
• Draft pleadings, contracts, and various legal documents
• Assist with client meetings, discoveries, and court appearances
• Participate in case strategy discussions and manage files
• Contribute to a collegial and supportive work environment
