SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will play a key role in supporting sales operations through the preparation of customer quotations, vendor coordination, customer follow-ups, contract tracking, and CRM tool updates.
This is a full time role from October 2025 to end of September 2026.

CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• QUOTATION PREPARATIONAssist the sales team in preparing and formatting customer security quotes based on product and service requirements.
• VENDOR COORDINATIONLiaise with external vendors to obtain and update pricing for products and services and deal registration.
• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENTFollow up with customers on outstanding quotes, order confirmations, and any additional documentation required.
• CONTRACT RENEWAL TRACKINGMaintain a tracking system for upcoming contract renewals and assist with timely renewal processing.
• CRM MANAGEMENT (SALESFORCE)Update and manage records in Salesforce including contact information, deal progress, opportunity tracking, and tasks.
• SALES TOOL MAINTENANCEAssist in the upkeep and optimization of various internal sales tools and spreadsheets used for tracking sales activities.
• REPORTING AND DOCUMENTATIONGenerate regular reports and summaries to support sales performance analysis and team meetings.
