Ginger Spark Education is growing! We are opening a second centre and are looking for a hands-on, empathetic and organised Principal to lead the team and shape the experience of our students and families.

• Lead and support a team of teachers and support staff (including cook/cleaner)
• Teach selected subjects (1–2 hours/day) to track student progress and coach learning habits
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with parents through regular feedback and dialogue
• Supervise routines, behaviour, safety and a joyful learning atmosphere
• Plan and coordinate holiday programme activities with the central team
• Collaborate with HQ for curriculum alignment and operational support
