WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently studying at a minimum Level 3 qualification within Cardiff School of Technologies
  • 5 GCSE’s at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Good knowledge of study skills and application to learning.
  • Good knowledge of subject area.
  • Ability to plan and organise their own workload effectively to meet specified deadlines.
  • Reliable worker: Act as a positive and responsible role model for young people
  • Ability to respond to individual needs.
  • Ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with staff and students.
  • Ability to motivate and develop confidence in other students.
  • Ability to evaluate and assess progression in order to provide feedback.
  • Work effectively as a team member and have a commitment to support and communicate with people.
