Student Connect provides administrative support and services to students across the lifecycle, from admission to enrollment, fees management, timetabling, and examination management to graduation. A network of campus-based Student Centres provides front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Student Connect also provides business leadership for the University’s suite of student systems and e-service solutions.

Job Description

  • This position is similar to that of a call centre, and includes providing front-line inquiry services to undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students, delivering high-quality face-to-face and phone services.
  • As part of our front-line team, take a high volume of phone calls each day, alternating with taking face-to-face enquires at the front counter and responding to emails.

These positions are diverse, fun, and dynamic front line student interfacing roles.
