Join our dynamic Knowledge Management team as a Student Content and Procedure Writer. The student will be responsible for creating and updating knowledge related to the processes of the Talent and Culture Vice-Presidency, adhering to established writing principles and templates.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Inventory existing content based on prioritized topics;
  • Collaborate with content experts to gather necessary information for writing;
  • Select and structure relevant content to support process or task efficiency;
  • Write clear, precise, and coherent knowledge articles and procedures for internal users, following established standards and templates in SharePoint, and within set deadlines;
  • Ensure linguistic revision, integration, and publication of procedures in both French and English.

Desired Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Communication, Translation, Technical Writing, or any related field;
  • Available full-time during the summer and holiday season, and part-time (minimum 21 hours per week) during university sessions;
  • Demonstrated experience in writing content and procedures;
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and synthesis skills;
  • Organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented;
  • Strong team spirit and collaboration skills;
  • Advanced level of English, both spoken and written, due to tasks that must be completed in English. On a daily basis, the candidate will write and translate procedures for our English-speaking employees and communicate with unilingual English-speaking partners;
  • Advanced level of French, both spoken and written, due to tasks that must be completed in French. On a daily basis, the candidate will write and translate procedures for our French-speaking employees and communicate with unilingual French-speaking partners;
  • Familiarity with writing and publishing tools in SharePoint (an asset).
