Student Coordinator, Graduate Medical Education (GME), Baptist Health Baptist Health is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Graduate Medical Education (GME) Student Coordinator to support the coordination and administration of student and resident programs. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records of clinical rotations for advanced clinical students utilizing New Innovations and myClinicalExchange systems. Ensure timely receipt and completion of all student onboarding documentation. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with physicians, staff, and affiliated institutions. Coordinate and manage affiliation agreements, partnering with the Legal Department as needed. Support the GME Coordinator with onboarding and recordkeeping for residents. Facilitate check-in sessions for both students and residents. Assist with planning and execution of annual resident orientation activities. Participate in meetings and initiatives related to student and resident education, including preparing agendas and documenting minutes for the GME Oversight Committee.
