POSITION SUMMARY
The Student Coordinator (SPU) will support the SDF Program Manager in all the administrative and academic tasks of the SDF team. He/She will be responsible for coordinating instructors and student needs, supporting faculty operations, ensuring smooth student transitions through admissions, academics, placements, and into employment. The Student Coordinator will foster strong internal and external relationships to enhance student outcomes, maintain compliance, and promote institutional goals.
The Student Coordinator (SPU) will be responsible for providing support to students who were unable to attend live orientation sessions by offering instruction, direction, and technical support. They will often communicate with customers over the phone or through email.
On top of dealing directly with students and/or customers, the Student Coordinator (SPU) works with a variety of supervisors and members of management to optimize customer care.
