ATN Campus is a leading IT training and higher education institute with an international presence. We are looking for a motivated and passionate Student Counsellor to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

* Counsel prospective students on our courses, diplomas, degree programs, and professional certifications.

* Guide students through the admission and enrollment process.

* Follow up with inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in inquiries.

* Build strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

* Achieve monthly enrollment targets.

* Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

* Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Previous experience in student counselling, admissions, education consulting, sales, or customer service is preferred.

* Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

* Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic, Tamil, Sinhala, Hindi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
