As a student counselor, you work in an executive capacity within the support team and make a direct contribution to the well-being, development, and functioning of our students. You ensure calm, structure, and clear communication in and around the school.

You are a strong communicator and know how to strike the right tone with students, parents, and colleagues. You combine commitment with clear boundaries and keep the conversation going – even when things get difficult. You take initiative, dare to take action, and act consistently.

In addition:

• You have an affinity with a diverse VMBO target group and understand what is going on both inside and outside the school.

• You can switch between guiding, addressing, and supporting.

• You work in a structured and meticulous manner, including in administration and reporting.
