You’ll support projects that shape how we personalize experiences, predict customer needs, and drive smarter marketing and service decisions.

As part of a skilled and supportive team, you’ll assist with a range of tasks that support the development and deployment of machine learning models for retail banking use cases:

• Help prepare and explore customer data (transactional, behavioral, demographic)
• Support ongoing work on churn prediction, propensity modelling, segmentation, and CLV estimation
• Run exploratory analyses and assist with feature engineering and data validation
• Contribute to internal documentation, data quality checks, and model evaluation
• Learn about model governance, responsible AI, and data-driven decision-making in bankingWork closely with experienced data scientists in an environment focused on learning and collaboration
