JOB SUMMARY
The Scholar Data Technical Assistant for Scholar Data Services (SDS) is responsible for a wide variety of technical and support functions on behalf of SDS customers – school-based staff, central office staff, scholars, and parents. The SDS Scholar Data Technical Assistant has wide knowledge of and expertise in pupil accounting processes and procedures, scholar information system (Synergy) data integrity and analysis, online registration, project facilitation and management, training, scholar scheduling and grading. Scholar Data Technical Assistants collaborate and troubleshoot with all SDS customers via SDS Call Center phone, e-mail, on-site consulting, and professional development to ensure exemplary data management, therefore earning maximum pupil FTE funding per building. The SDS Scholar Data Technical Assistant reports to the Director of Scholar Data Services.
