Description

We are seeking a driven, task-oriented Collaborator Consultant to build strategic relationships between internXL and potential collaborator partners (e.g., colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, etc.) that result in those partners making commitments to recruit prequalified candidates for the internXL platform. The Consultant will coordinate and manage partnerships, maintain databases, engage with students, and report engagement data to stakeholders.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the internXL initiative and an understanding of other competitors in the industry.
  • Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the internXL initiative to relevant stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Collaborate with internXL staff members to develop a greater understanding of the initiative and any issues that arise.
  • Maintain relationships with current internXL collaborators.
  • Develop and foster relationships with potential collaborator partners (e.g., colleges, universities, non-profit organizations, etc.)
  • Prospect and qualify new partnership lead.
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
  • Track all engagement activity in a CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Secure commitments from potential collaborator partners to recruit prequalified candidates for the internXL platform.
  • Ensure that collaborator partners follow through on recruitment commitments.
  • Support the internXL Director and Student Engagement Manager with the engagement of students on the internXL platform.
  • Collect, analyze, and utilize both quantitative data and qualitative feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between internXL and the other entities.
  • Proactively solve conflicts and address issues that could occur between internXL and the other entity.
  • Develop monthly reports for internal review by internal stakeholders.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and nurture beneficial relationships
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems
  • Capability to negotiate with and influence others
  • Analytically and mathematically minded with experience analyzing data and creating necessary reports.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
  • Experience collecting, managing, and/or reporting on data within an enterprise environment, a plus.
