Job Description The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us with enquiries from current and future students coming into the Student Experience Centre. Ideally, We are looking for University Students looking for casual work and are available to start on 14th April 2026. Hours: These are casual positions, with flexible work hours between 10 to 40 hours per week. Our standard business hours are between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. There is also the option to work some weekend days during our peak periods. You can choose your hours to work around family, study or general life commitments. Training: Attending all training sessions is mandatory and is fully paid. The exact times will be provided after the application. Week 1 - Week beginning Tuesday 14th April. Training will be from Tuesday to Friday. Week 2 - Week beginning Monday 20th April. Training will be from Monday to Friday. The pay rate for this role is $28.53 per hour. Location: This role is based onsite at 49 Symonds Street, Auckland CBD. Remote working is not an option for this position. What will you be doing? You will work in our Student Experience Centre, answering queries from our most important customers: our current and future students. We cover a broad range of queries which ensures your day is varied and allows for inbound and outbound interactions through email, phone calls, and other channels. He kōrero mōu | About you We are looking for candidates who can bring a positive, can-do attitude. Previous call centre experience is not essential, as we will provide full training. However, you will need excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and computer skills. We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to be composed, efficient and organised is a must.
