THE OPPORTUNITY | TE WHIWHINGA MAHI
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to help us with enquiries from current and future students coming into the Student Experience Centre. Ideally, We are looking for University Students looking for casual work and are available to start on Tuesday, 2nd September 2025.
HE KŌRERO MŌU | ABOUT YOU
We are looking for candidates who can bring a positive, can-do attitude. Previous call centre experience is not essential, as we will provide full training. However, you will need excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication, problem solving and computer skills.
We work in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to be composed, efficient and organised is a must.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will work in our Student Experience Centre, answering queries from our most important customers: our current and future students. We cover a broad range of queries which ensures your day is varied and allows for inbound and outbound interactions through email, phone calls, and other channels.
