Deine Aufgaben he opportunity: The purpose of the job position of a Student Finance Advisor is to assist students and their families in navigating the financial aspects of higher education. This role involves providing guidance on various financial options. Student Finance Advisors also help students understand the cost of tuition, fees, and related expenses, create financial plans, and ensure compliance with financial aid regulations. Their ultimate goal is to support students in securing the necessary financial resources to pursue their education while managing their financial responsibilities effectively. Key Activities & Responsibilities: • Contact students via calls/ e-mails with the purpose of reminding payments • Negotiate with students regarding their payment-related issues • Assist students and staff(recruiters) with all debtor related enquiries • Oversee smooth communication between departments and students • Ensure that the information in the student database is up-to-date and correct • Process payment plans for students, providing administrative support • Report on the financial situation of debtors (students) • Provide various reports related to students and the improvement of processes and data quality Dein Profil Successfully completed business and administration studies, or any related discipline Competent in MS Office Software, especially MS Excel (intermediate and above level) Able to analyze data and present information in a clear manner Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German, with a minimumproficiency level of B2 in each language.
