Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR FUTURE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated, data-driven and analytical Student Assistant to join our dynamic Nordic Finance team. In this role, you will support the business finance team in providing valuable financial insights and analysis to drive business performance and decision-making. You will also get exposure to the broader organization with collaboration towards functions such as the Nordics sales/commercial teams, Operations and Group functions in Italy.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly closing, budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Develop/improve our internal models and tooling
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to our stakeholders
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial decision-making
  • Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations
  • Contribute to process improvements and best practices in financial management

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

  • Valid student rights for at least one more year
  • Academic path in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and preferably advanced skills in Excel
  • Collaborative and open to working in an international team environment
  • Outgoing with strong communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong focus on proactivity , quality and ability to manage time effectively to meet deadline
