An excellent opportunity has opened for an experienced scholarships and student financial support administrator in our Student Financial Support team. Acting as the point of contact and administrator for our centrally managed undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research scholarships, you will have strong attention to detail, financial reporting skills and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service.

WHAT YOU WOULD BE DOING

  • You will be responsible for co-ordinating the full scholarship cycle, including advertisement, processing applications and awarding the scholars for our undergraduate, postgraduate taught and postgraduate research awards.
  • Your work in administering scholarships will include, but not limited to:
  • Planning the scholarships process to be in- line with internal and external deadlines throughout the year.
  • Managing the scholarship application forms

  • Managing the successful allocation and awarding process.
  • Organising accurate, timely and efficient payments to students.
  • Your customer service duties will include but not limited to:
  • Providing advice to prospective students and their families
  • Being the point of contact for students, staff and faculty for post-award questions
  • You will assist with all aspects of Student Financial Support, in order to support our single student funding advice service to students, applicants and College colleagues.
  • You will assist with the processing of U.S. Federal and private loans, advising and assisting students with the application process.
  • You will advise, assess and administer the College’s Student Support Fund.
  • You will deliver and maintain excellent relationships with key internal and external staff and donors.
