Are you one of DARA’s new student helpers? The Danish Advanced Research Academy – or DARA in short - is looking for 1-2 student assistants who can be part of our team and facilitate the operation of our academy. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player that enjoys handling practical tasks in the buzzing atmosphere at events, supporting our communication work such as updating our website, and detail-oriented tasks of operating online tools. Your primary tasks will include: Assist the secretariat with operational tasks and communication activities Develop, publish and manage content to our website and/or social media Handling our online operational tools Be a helping hand when running events in the academy We expect you are Solution-oriented and service minded Take responsibility for the tasks assigned and follow-up when needed Can communicate both in Danish and English Outward-looking and positive by nature Constructive and collaborative in the team We offer: A good and collegial working environment. Our academy secretariat of 7 people is responsible for the running and operation of the newly established PhD academy, DARA, funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Your working place will be Odense, the position will be 5 hours weekly, with the possibility for more hours when needed. We are flexible in terms of organizing working hours to adapt it to your study. Students who are initially able to work with us for a year or more will be preferred. Experience working with websites, and especially the Webflow platform, and/or video/photography is considered an advantage. Employment takes place in accordance with the collective agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK.
