Description Student Housing Property Manager We are seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a student housing community. This role is responsible for driving occupancy, managing financial performance, leading onsite staff, and delivering an exceptional resident experience. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day property operations, ensuring strong financial and operational performance Hire, train, and manage onsite team members (leasing, maintenance, support staff) Drive occupancy through leasing and marketing strategies Manage budgets, expenses, rent collection, and financial reporting Oversee resident relations, conflict resolution, and retention efforts Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and capital improvement projects Plan and execute move-ins, move-outs, and annual turnover Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Respond to emergencies and after-hours needs as required Qualifications Property management experience preferred (student housing a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and resident relations Understanding of Fair Housing and landlord/tenant laws Schedule Full-time, primarily daytime hours Must be available for weekends, peak seasons, and emergencies Benefits Competitive wages within the industry. Requirements Requirements Experience: Proven experience in property management, with a track record of successful tenant relations and property management. Student housing property management experience a plus. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with residents, staff, and property owners. Organization: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage various tasks efficiently. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure. Certifications: Relevant certifications in property management, real estate, or related field are a plus.
