We are looking for a high-calibre individual to join our new Manchester Campus team as a Student Information Officer. This is an on-campus position, with no opportunity for hybrid or remote working.
As a Student Information Officer, you will be playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders, both internal and external. You will be the first point of contact for students and will assists in accessing specialist services required throughout their on-course journey.
We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others. You will have broad experience of working in a demanding, customer service driven environment and have the ability to ensure excellent outcomes for all students.
