QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of experience with student information systems (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Skyward, etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and data query/reporting tools
• Experience managing user roles, data privacy, and system integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer support mindset
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
