Job Summary: The Student Intern – HR Recruitment will support the Recruitment team in end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Savills Thailand. This role provides hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, onboarding support, and employer branding initiatives. The internship is ideal for students who want real HR exposure and practical experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with posting job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, university portals). Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates according to job requirements. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial phone screening (if assigned). Maintain candidate pipelines and follow up on required documents. Update candidate status in internal recruitment tracking systems. Support candidate communication to ensure a smooth experience. Help create recruitment content (posters, social media posts, job ads). Support recruitment events, job fairs, career days, and internal engagement activities. Prepare onboarding materials, welcome kits, and document checklists. Assist in organizing orientation sessions and coordinating with other departments. Support HR record-keeping and file management. Assist with data entry, reports, and documentation. Perform other HR tasks as assigned by the Recruitment team. Qualifications: Thai nationality only. University student majoring in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Good communication skills in Thai and English. Strong interest in HR, talent acquisition, or people-related work. Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using online tools.
