Job Description The intern will support the Partnership Development and PR Communication functions by assisting in market research, partner engagement, proposal preparation, event coordination, content support, and internal reporting. This role provides exposure to corporate engagement, stakeholder communication, and brand positioning initiatives.   Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Partnership Development & Market Research * Assist in conducting market research to identify potential industry, corporate, and institutional partnership opportunities. * Support outreach to prospective partners via email, calls, and other communication channels. * Assist in preparing partnership proposals, presentations, and agreements. * Maintain and update partner records in the CRM/database system. * Document meeting minutes and key discussion points from partner engagements. * Support internal reporting on partnership performance and outcomes. 2. PR & Corporate Communication Support * Assist in drafting communication materials such as email announcements, event briefs, and partnership updates. * Support the preparation of press releases, social media content, and publicity materials (where required). * Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging. * Assist in gathering feedback from internal teams to enhance partnership and communication processes. 3. Event & Stakeholder Engagement Support * Assist in organising partnership-related events, webinars, meetings, and corporate engagement sessions. * Support logistics coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. * Work closely with marketing and relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of engagement activities. 4. Administrative & Coordination Support * Provide general administrative support including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organising files. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Academic, and Operations) to align partnership initiatives with organisational strategies.  
Responsibilities
The intern will support Partnership Development by conducting market research, engaging prospective partners, preparing proposals, and maintaining partner records. They will also assist with PR and Corporate Communication by drafting materials, supporting publicity efforts, and coordinating internal messaging alignment.
