About the JOB.
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student intern to support our ongoing Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Quality Management initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic improvement projects, data analysis, internal audits, and digital documentation efforts across our European operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Kaizen Platform Support & Community Engagement
  • Serve as the primary contact for daily support of the Kaizen app: troubleshoot issues, respond to user queries, and coordinate with developers.
  • Organize and prepare materials (agendas, presentations) for bimonthly Kaizen Community calls.
  • Track and follow up on Kaizen project progress, ensuring timely updates and quality data across 60+ active initiatives.
  • Support promotion and coordination of special projects such as the Global Kaizen Awards.
  1. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Collect, analyze, and report statistics related to Kaizen projects (project types, statuses, outcomes).
  • Present actionable insights to the team to guide decision-making and improvement strategies.
  1. Learning & Development
  • Assist in developing and updating Kaizen e-learning materials (YES version 2.0), including design and content development.
  1. Quality Management & ISO Documentation
  • Support the structuring and digitalization of ISO documentation in AQUA (Document Management System).
  • Assist in aligning internal processes and documents with GGG structure and audit readiness requirements.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments for document creation, review, and alignment.
  1. Internal Audit Coordination
  • Support coordination of the newly formed internal auditing team across multiple OpCos.
  • Monitor audit outcomes, track non-conformities, and follow up on corrective actions using AQUA.
  • Help ensure timely, accurate responses and maintain audit quality.
  1. Data Governance & Reporting Readiness
  • Contribute to improving data accuracy and integrity, particularly for reporting purposes such as CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current student in Business, Engineering, Quality Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data tools (Power BI, SQL, etc.) is a plus.
  • Interest or experience in process improvement, Lean/Kaizen, or quality systems is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in follow-up and documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with various stakeholders.
  • Familiar to ISO Certification and its processes
  • Support, maintain, and improve the internal auditing system and data accuracy
  • Establish and manage PowerBI and similar tools

What We Offer:

  • Exposure to international Kaizen and Quality Management practices.
  • Hands-on experience in continuous improvement, internal auditing, and digital transformation projects.
  • Opportunity to contribute to real-world strategic initiatives.
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely.
  • Mentorship and learning support throughout the internship.
  • We are looking for a person with quality/process management background/interest/knowledge/education
  • We consider students at their last year of studies as well as just graduated
