ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Receptionist to join our base team for the remainder of the season. This is a front-line role where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcome and supported throughout their holiday experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Morning check-out of returning customers, including conducting customer surveys to capture satisfaction and feedback on Le Boat services.
• Afternoon check-in of new arrivals, delivering clear health and safety instructions, and providing a warm welcome.
• Upselling & Promotion – promoting and selling optional extras such as bike hire, BBQ sets, extra cushions, and insurance to enhance guest experience.
• Customer Service Excellence – delivering professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times.
• Handling guest questions, concerns, and requests both face-to-face and over the phone/email.
• Supporting the base team with administrative tasks as required.
