Responsibilities

Empower Student Leaders - Play a pivotal role in developing our student community through peer mentoring and leadership programmes. You’ll recruit, train, and support students to lead initiatives that build confidence, develop skills, and foster a strong sense of belonging at SOAS.
Support Student Success - Monitor student engagement and attendance, ensuring students who may need additional support are identified and helped to thrive in higher education.
Champion Inclusive Initiatives - Collaborate with departments to enhance student retention and success. You’ll advise on best practices, implement improvements, and track the impact of student-led initiatives.
Lead with Purpose - From training student leaders to driving impactful projects, you’ll ensure our programmes are evaluated, improved, and aligned with SOAS’s commitment to inclusion and student success.
