Backed by structured training, proven call scripts, and an unwavering team culture, you’ll be the very first voice that aspiring medical students and their parents hear when they enquire about our UCAT and Interview preparation programs.
You’ll engage high‑intent, warm leads generated from free Contour events, mock exams, and website enquiries, uncover their goals and concerns, and schedule them into 1‑to‑1 Welcome Consultations with our expert Program Consultant team. Your conversations will calm nerves, provide direction, and open the door to resources that help anxious, overwhelmed students realise their dream of studying medicine.

LEAD ENGAGEMENT, QUALIFICATION & APPOINTMENT BOOKING

  • Execute timely first contact and follow‑up calls to warm leads (not cold calling) sourced from free Contour events, incoming enquiries, and other inbound channels.
  • Maintain a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows.
  • Conduct quick needs assessments using targeted, open‑ended questions; address objections confidently and clearly.
  • Book high‑quality 1‑to‑1 Welcome Consultations with the Program Consultant team, achieving weekly conversion targets.
