An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Student Lifecycle Services team which is responsible for the set up and maintenance of core student records in the SITS database. The team works closely with faculties to ensure appropriate processes are in place to maintain these records throughout the student lifecycle. You will work in a busy and collaborative team, engaging with multiple stakeholders across the institution.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Student Lifecycle Services team is a busy operation at the heart of UCL’s student administration. An essential part of the team’s role is to work closely with faculties and departments to foster a collaborative approach to the management of the student records throughout their time at UCL. The team is success-oriented and enthusiastic in their approach to dealing with high volumes of queries whilst delivering excellent service, from enrolment through to graduation and beyond.
As a Student Lifecycle Officer you will be responsible for student record-keeping from enrolment to award, responding to student and staff queries and actioning record updates on the SITS student database. You will contribute to specific workstreams, such as Change of Circumstances, Enrolment or Exam Boards. You will participate in the main enrolment periods and support major events such as examinations, A level Results day and graduation.
