Description
Woodside Bible Church is seeking a passionate and relational Students & Outreach Ministry Director to lead Student Ministry and Outreach Ministry at our Chesterfield Campus. This role provides vision, leadership, and oversight for discipling students, equipping volunteers, and mobilizing the church to share the hope of Christ in the local community and beyond. Working alongside the Associate Director, campus staff, and Central Ministry teams, you'll help cultivate engaging student environments, meaningful outreach opportunities, and a culture of disciple-making that reflects Woodside's mission to help people Belong to Christ, Grow in Christ, and Reach the World for Christ. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position. Membership and active participation at Woodside Bible Church's Chesterfield Campus are required. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead and oversee Student Ministry, including weekly gatherings, teaching, discipleship, and special events. * Recruit, develop, and shepherd volunteer leaders while partnering with parents to support student discipleship. * Plan and execute retreats, mission trips, outreach events, and other ministry initiatives. * Develop and lead campus outreach strategies that engage the local community with the love of Christ. * Partner with the Central Missions Team to promote and coordinate local and global mission opportunities. * Collaborate with campus staff and Central Ministry teams to advance the mission of the church. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * A growing follower of Jesus with a passion for discipling students and reaching people with the gospel. * Bachelor's degree required; ministry, biblical studies, or Christian education preferred. * Experience leading Student Ministry or a similar Next Generation ministry. * Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * A collaborative leader who is aligned with the mission, values, and Statement of Faith of Woodside Bible Church.
