As an Optician, you will be responsible for assisting patients with their eyewear needs, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a smooth experience from selection to fitting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in retail sales or retail management is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of optical terminology and products is essential.
  • Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus, with knowledge of lens fabrication processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to eye care is beneficial.
  • A passion for sales and providing outstanding customer service is required.
