Outreach Program Advisor – Educational Sales & Student Success

We’re looking for a dynamic Outreach Program Advisor (also referred to as Student Success & Admissions Specialist) to help guide students toward transformative educational opportunities. This role blends outreach, educational sales, student advising, and community engagement — all with the goal of changing lives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students—especially newcomers and refugees—providing personalized guidance and support.
  • Conduct engaging one-on-one consultations to understand student goals and recommend suitable academic programs.
  • Represent our programs at community events, info sessions, and outreach campaigns.
  • Use your multilingual skills (Arabic, Dari, Pashto, Tigrinya, Amharic, Somali, Urdu, Farsi, Spanish, Ukrainian, English) to connect with diverse communities.
  • Assist students through every step of the enrollment process with care, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Create a welcoming environment for walk-ins, referrals, and new leads.
  • Maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, and contribute to student conversion and retention goals.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the student experience and community impact.

✅ You Bring:

  • Experience working with refugees, newcomers, or international students in roles such as interpreter, community worker, educator, or advisor.
  • Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Multilingual fluency (see above languages) is a major asset.
  • A welcoming, non-judgmental, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to manage time well in fast-paced, people-focused settings (think: info booths, community fairs, busy offices).
  • A genuine desire to help others find clarity, confidence, and opportunity through education.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
