Student Placement Supervisor The Role: You will lead the onboarding, orientation and supervision for all student disciplines for placements across ACH Group’s Homes in the north of Adelaide (Elizabeth South, Hope Valley and Rostrevor) or the south of Adelaide (Glenelg South, Daw Park and Port Noarlunga) on a casual basis to cover leave. You will be central to inspiring and growing the aged care workforce. What you’ll do: Supervise student placement experiences Manage ongoing student assessments Coordinate with area leaders to support a comprehensive placement experience that align with students’ learning objectives Provide regular feedback and guidance to students on placement to maximise their learning Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that supports meaningful and relevant student experiences Develop and maintain relationships with external partners Skills, experience and qualifications: Hold a current driver’s licence, that complies with Australian licencing laws and regulations Skills to support, promote and encourage students Ability to liaise, partner and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Outstanding customer service and time management skills to ensure our students, educators and staff are supported throughout the student placement High level attention to detail and problem-solving skills Computer literacy in a Windows environment and ability to use and learn various databases Satisfactory police clearance for working with vulnerable people that is less than 12 months old before commencement Experience in clinical education and / or a clinical/health professional with current RN registration is highly desired If you want to join our amazing team, we can offer you: Career development with inhouse upskilling and external learning opportunities Friendly and inclusive culture, supporting diversity and employee wellbeing Free on-site flu vaccination program Financial advice for HESTA members, our preferred superannuation supplier Wellbeing program including free employee assistance program Recognition program acknowledging significant contributions Salary packaging to maximise your take home pay Discounted Corporate Membership - Health Insurance - BUPA Café and Coffee Barista on site!
