We are looking for a highly motivated co-op student to join our Capital Markets Finance team in Toronto – part of a world-class, winning culture that prioritizes people development and focuses on long-term growth. Please note this is a 4-month co-op position.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Platforms and Data Delivery teams within Capital Markets Finance, the student will:
Support process improvement initiatives within Capital Markets Finance Platforms teams, leveraging artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot
Gather business requirements, document business procedures and process flows, and execute testing for new solutions as part of the Software Development Life Cycle
Monitor processing on mission critical applications and analyze issues ensuring that root causes and resolutions are sufficiently documented
Help assess and configure core applications to enable better risk monitoring, alert setup, and user onboarding.
Collaborate on ad hoc assignments and projects to deliver value to our stakeholders across OMERS
